What't the best way to get rid of ants outside on sidewalk?

    I use carburetor cleaner on the ants and ant hill. It attacks the exoskeleton.

    Put orange peels in a jar add vinegar.. let sit for 2 weeks .. pour the liquid in a spray bottle, spray the nest & bam they’re gone ...

    its also good for cleaning.. dual purpose spray ..

    We use poison on fire ants, but try to use a shovel or garden rake to break up big ant beds if they block our path to the cars. Ants are like earthworms in that they help aerate the yard. I hope this helps a little.

    in sauce pan add 2/3 cup water, 1 cup of white sugar - bring to a boil to dissolve the sugar. turn off heat. Add one tablespoon of Borax. Stir until dissolved. Once cooled, place near ants. Ants will take back to nest. Takes about 2 days to clear all ants.
