Organize, Organize, Organize! If the cabinet is yet too small after moving less essentials to a Cardboard Box with an index card of dates and times of those, you need more cabinets. You can always expand up with a ladder.
I spray painted drawer fronts white and decoupaged with bright wrapping paper. I used white glue and water, way cheaper and just as effective.
