Yes I have this problem especially when there is a satin coating on it. The moment I step on it, I see prints. I use something called 'Squeaky' . https://www.amazon.com/Basic-Coatings-SQK-CONC-GAL/dp/B001FVW1P0/ref=asc_df_B001FVW1P0/?tag=hyprod-20&linkCode=df0&hvadid=198101474074&hvpos=1o1&hvnetw=g&hvrand=14698622292435329391&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&hvdev=c&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=9007919&hvtargid=pla-382441107282&psc=1
'Bona' also works as well. My favorite is the squeaky.
It has been the best stuff that I have found for the dark hardwood floors with satinesque coating. There is a trick though. Spray on; use a soft washcloth to wipe down; then buff with a microfiber till dry. Do the same process with Bona if you use that instead. It will leave the dark floors gorgeous! Hope this helps.
I have been using a damp microfiber cloth with warm water and vinegar on mine for like 15 years and it still looks brand new. People can't believe it's as old as it is..
I use Murphy Oils hardwood floor cleaner on a microfiber floor cleaning tool, looks like a giant Swiffer. I have also used it on a damp mop.
