Hi Mary Kay. I would try chipping it off with a scraper (the flat kind) or lightly sanding it until it comes off with a fine grit sand paper so as to not damage the wall. Good luck!

Try warming the puff paint with a hairdryer and then use a plastic scraper or credit card against the paneling to scrape it off.

I would scrape it off with a very sharp, new razor, followed by an oil-based product, like baby oil to remove any sticky residue. Then I would sand lightly or wipe down to remove the oil. Try using a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser or Windex to get the surface totally clean.,

WD-40 MIGHT get residue off after I would try using a fast food or picnic type plastic butter knife to scrape after you cut the big pieces off with a Exacto knife (art supplies store) or a razor - wear leather gloves because slipping can cut you badly!
