Many stores offer a collection point for plastic bags. They can also be used to pick up dog waste or used as small trash container liners. Best bet is to buy a few permanent shopping bags and take those to the stores when you go shopping.

The daily paper should be collected into a basket or recycle bin - depending on your area's recycle policy. Many places have recycle bins you can take things to.

I use them inside a cottage cheese container under the sink for egg shells, coffee grounds, sink strainer stuff after washing dishes, meat fat & bones, etc. Then on garbage day I tie the bag shut put the lid on & toss in the trash.

Hello. My area grocery stores have a recycle bin for plastic bags. You could consider depositing them there for recycling. Alternatively you could save up to give to someone who has a dog and they may reuse for pet waste disposal while dog walking

any thrift store or anyone dealing with Adult Diapers might be glad to get them if they are big enough. If they are the long narrow kind put them in another empty bag & take to local dog park or hang on light or phone pole, labeled 'Free Dog-Doo Bags'
