Keep you eye on the prize, visualize what you want the end result to look like.
Break into small tasks that you can complete so that you have a sense of accomplishment instead of failure. Give yourself goals & deadlines.
Make a list and cross items off one at a time. It becomes a more manageable task.

Music! make a great playlist and just dig in!
Put the tv on in the background, or put the radio on! Make a list and go room by room. Set a goal, a room a day or per weekend.
