Rinse it off. If the dirt is ground in Easy Off oven cleaner in the blue can. Spray it on, close the door behind you and turn the exhaust fan on, go back in about 30 minutes, scrub and rinse.

You can always try baking soda, vinegar and dish soap... it's an amazing combo!
If it's tile, use Tilex, let it sit for a about 20 min. and a scrub brush, rinse off.
To clean black stains from mold, I use bleach soaked cotton. Magic eraser really helps me clean other stubborn spots!
