Anyone have a good chemical-free mosquito repellent?

It gives me the creeps ( and the guilts) to spray'Off' onto my kids, read the label!

      @Moxie Do you use the lotion or the spray? Do you wash it off? I see many versions on their site.

    In the past, we've only had so-so results with Skin So Soft, plus it's super fragrant and a bit too oily for my liking. I found this link via HomeTalk. She gives a "recipe" using essential oils. I've never tried this but essential oils are great for so many things so it would not surprise me if this worked well. She also provides links to buy the necessary ingredients but I'm sure you could find them locally in a heath food store that carries essential oils. http://www.scratchmommy.com/bye-bye-bugs-especially-mosquitoes/

    I either use California baby brand or I just started using essential oils and making my own Pinterest has a bunch of good recipes

    We have started using the yellow Listerine...I have not been bitten since we started using it! I spray all exposed areas, including around the top of my shirt and up my neck. I will spray some on my hand and wipe my face! I even spray my clothes!
