Easy Reclaimed Wood Fall Candle Holder

One of my junkin' friends supplies me with barn wood scraps that I use all the time for projects. This fall candle holder started with a barn wood scrap and a thrift shop ladle or dipper. If you can find a ladle, this project is very easy!
Here is my barn wood siding scrap.
I fashioned a pumpkin stem out of this end piece.
I attached the stem with a mending brace.
After painting and rounding the edges with a rasp, I attached the ladle.
Here's the finished project with a flameless candle and fall floral spray!
