What is the best way to clean iron doors, inside & out?
These doors are 8 ft x 5 ft wide, each. I cannot find a safe, way to clean them. The closest to clean, is water & a micro fiber towel. They are old and I do not want to damage them.

Not much will damage true steel doors. Just use hot soapy water and rinse well and dry with a soft dry cloth. You might rinse one more time with a 50/250 alcohol/water mixture. The key is to dry them well as you as you go.
Why not clean w a power washer? And then spray with Wd 40?( A water displacement solution.). I spray my squeaky door hinges with it, shielding the wooden door and wall from overspray.
