Krud Kutter original concentrate. I say try this because dust clings to vertical when there is a touch of grease. This product has many uses. Spray on. Wipe off with a damp microfiber cloth.
I clean mine regularly with 50/50 mix of alcohol and water. It works well because the alcohol evaporates quickly. The key for me is to dry it well as I move around from one appliance to the next.
