I’ve always used grease lightning a cleaning product found at any homedepot etc. I placed the blinds in a tub sprayed them down then ran hot water the grease comes right off re hang.

Soak in hot water and Dawn dish soap, then a rinse in clean water with a dishwasher rinse product that prevents spots on glass ware. You did ask for the easiest way, lol, I send mine out to the Blind Date to be electronically cleaned and dried spotlessly. They come take them down and bring them home and put them back up all nice and clean.

    Hi Sabrena,

Put some warm water in your bath tub, add Dawn and some vinegar then let them sit. You can also leave them up and use the same items in some water with a damp rag. Hold the rag with tongs and wipe across the blinds. The Dawn & water will cut through the grease and the vinegar helps with the water spots. Wishing you the best.

I always soaked them in a tub of hot water and ammonia. I don't have blinds in my home for this very reason. Dust collectors.
