I would cut holes in it to make some terra cotta planters fit down in it and put it on bricks to hold them up rather than the original legs as wind will blow it over. That would make an interesting conversation piece in the garden! OR If you chose to put it on a wall or fence, you could put pots in it to grow plants that hang down like petunias, vines, herbs, or even some vine vegetables.

You could add planters on top or put window boxes on the sides even add a hanging ivy and let it grow all over it
