We have this weirdo wall that was filled with a too-small ladder. We started accumulating vintage game boards in random places (vintage warehouses, antique/flea trips, good friends, and my in-laws) and I decided they needed to be shown off! Here they pack a colorful punch and bring a playful, casual vibe to our !

This is where we started: brackets that needed to come down and a big, blank wall. Don't mind that our house is as dark as a dungeon at night.

This vintage Risk board came from my in-laws house. I mean, IT'S A WHALE WEARING A HAT. Isn't it incredible?! There are so many cool details and this board cemented the fact that we were hanging these boards on the wall.

We also started accumulating Gs over the past year or two. I love each and every one of them.

It took some time, but we ended up with this arrangement. We hung all of the boards with 3M Picture Hanging Strips so they're removeable, if necessary. The orange G (from Michael's) is also hung with Picture Hanging Strips. The bingo plates (from Target) used plate hangers and the green Gs (from a repurposing store at the beach- there's one on the other end) are hung with a combo of nails and a 3M poster hanging square. Oh, and the taped out square is where our TV will sit when we have our new entertainment center/dresser set up. I planned the layout around where the TV will go so it will blend in. :)

This is the right side of our wall. I love that the globes share some colors with the boards. The black G is from Michael's as well. The turquoise one with orange chevron stripes (which I previously HATED until it was with these boards) was from some Target endcap ages ago. I pick up a G anytime we find one because our initial isn't a super common one.

Here's the view from the bottom of our stairs. I love that I can see all my boards, Gs, globes, and Big G back there! This is my favorite view in my house--so far. :)
