What is the best cleaner to use on windows that won’t leave streaks?

I use Windex but instead of wiping it with paper towels, use newspapers! It doesn't leave any streaks or lint!
I have heard of doing that, just never tried it, but I will, thanks.
I use a sqeegy (not sure how to spell). Professional window cleaners use them! I have heard of newspapers too but have never tried it.
Windex and dry with newspaper.
Vinegar and water , and use a squeegee !
