How do I panel a wall with a diagonal ceiling?

I have a wall I want to panel but it has a diagonal ceiling how do i figure the Angle to panel to fit wall

Use a protractor.
Take a good solid piece of cardboard and cut the angle with that and then use it as a guide as you go up to the ceiling. Put the angle on the side of the panelling near the top and bottom to get your angle. There are special tools available to get the angle figured out but this is a cheaper method.
