  • I would start with mild soapy water and a rag or sponge to get most of the grime off, then follow-up with glass cleaner.

2 cups vinegar, 1/4 white vinegar, 1/2 teaspoon Dawn.

Combine in bucket. Increase amounts as needed.

Use soft bristled brush on extension pole and scrub.

    Rinse before it dries.

First of all I would use a good squirt of blue Dawn dishwashing liquid detergent in a bucket of warm water and a handheld sponge squeegee then take two good microfiber clothes one wet for cleaning and one for wiping dry. Just one thing to try at first. You may like it afterwards.

I would use a mix of hot water , white vinegar and a drop of dawn dishwashing detergent. That's if it if for outside , if you are talking about inside Windows i would skip the dawn . I would use a scrubber or a broom to clean the Windows , then goes off and use a squeegee to get the excess water off . Inside use the cleaning solution w/o the detergent , use a scrubber and then the squeegee.
