What color should I paint paint end tables to match?

Personally, I believe the wicker table must go and you must treat yourself to a modern design in a metallic paint finish.

the end tables have the brown baskets so those would have to be replaced or painted as well - your new bed is very pretty and glam looking so you need to maybe try mirrored endtables or something in a darker metal color you can find them at TJ Maxx, Marshalls, World Market, even walmart

I agree with these ladies,, the wicker must go, and replaced with something that will match your beautiful headboard, like the the mirrored end tables!!

If you don't want to buy anything new, I would spray paint the end table in silver and then spray paint the baskets in a dark pewter silver. All you then need do is replace the material in the baskets with something new, or just keep them out. I like to use what I have also! When you're ready you can purchase new mirror end tables or mercury tables.

I like the mixture of paint and wood on furniture. The wicker baskets I would consider as drawers. Would leave them. Paint the case of the end tables a medium gray, paint the top a darker shade of gray. You want to break up the gray with a little accent color. I would also paint the the drawer pulls on the dressers a dark gray almost charcoal to give them a little character.

Looks like you're going with a neutral monochrome in this room. To stay in that area, you're going to need to choose what two colors your end tables should be. The frame of the table will be one color and the baskets another. White is what your dresser is, so you could match the end tables to that or to the silver side table.

Now, for decor. . . pick a color that makes you feel happy and use that in your curtains, pillows, wall hangings, etc., - even on the end table baskets! A bedroom should allow you to forget your worries and enjoy restful sleep. Remember to choose what you like - and remember, too, that you won't always like the same thing. Eventually, things will always change. And you can do that to your furnishings, too.

I would paint end tables to match dresser. Paint the baskets metallic silver the cloth liners would change to a vibrant color that you like with some rhinestone type bling where the bows are. The side table would paint the same vibrant color as the cloth in the baskets with some rhinestone type knobs or handles. Hobby Lobby carries bling type of knobs and handles. Add some colorful pillows on the bed. Could also paint tables silver metallic but definitely add some color and rhinestones to match that beautiful headboard.

Remove the basket liners and try to dye them grey. Spray paint the baskets light silver and paint the wooden part a darker silver. To glam up the basket liners sew or glue a strand of rhinestones along the edge. If the liners don't dye well because they turn out not to be made of cotton you can always paint the part that hangs over the outside to coordinate with the baskets. Look for (or have cut) mirrors to cover the top.

Because your headboard is very tall, consider changing out your lamps for taller ones, or you could do wall mounted swing arm lamps or hang/swag small chandeliers instead. I often see builder grade (small with little in the way of character) chandeliers at thrift shops. They are easy to change over to long wires and chains and you can make them match with paint.
