Never leave damp clothes in it. Air it out between uses. Keep your filter clean. Keep buildup out of ductwork with thorough cleaning at least every six months. It may sound counterintuitive but I never use scented dryer sheets. I use unscented sheets only
Leave the door of the dryer open when not in use.
I would but it is located in the path of coming in and out of the garage, thanks anyway.
