Can you decorate eggs with colorful paper or napkins?
Can you decorate eggs with colorful paper or napkins and then coat it with something similar to decoupage but safe? I have covered plaster figures with napkins and coated it with decoupage and the shine is beautiful. I can always make a pin hole and blow out the yoke and just keep them in a basket as a decoration if nothing else works. I am concerned, of course, about anything penetrating the egg shell.

It should work - I’ve seen it done with modge podge . Maybe blow the egg yolks our first or hardboil

you need to blow out the egg most defiantly and let the eggs dry out. then do your art on the egg, thinned out glue or decopodge over the egg.
My mom mod podged hardboiled eggs 50 years ago. I still have them.
