What's the best way to clean the air your breathing in your house my allergies is so bad this year I can hardly breathe .

Gloria...You can purchase an air purifier.
Look into an ionizer. They are not cheap, but do make a world of difference. See if your doctor will write a prescription for one in order to make it more affordable. I have had to up my allergy meds too this year.
Peace lilies, whole house air cleaner. Use homemade cleaners having no allergy producing chemicals.
Famous allergy doctor in Austin, TX had this info in a handout from his office: get a 20" box fan, tape a really good air conditioner return air filter to the back, run constantly . Cleans pollen etc down to several microns from your air. Dispose of carefully so dust and accompanying allergens aren't let loose again!
