How do I clean the bird flybys?

The birds are having a good time with the fly bys on our motor home. We thought a nest was on a pullout because of the amount of doo. There wasnt. How can we clean it easier? I have been on a ladder trying and it just won't come off. Help!

Newspapers or cardboard held down by rocks. Or purchase a tarp and cut holes for the vents.
