If you saw it here on Hometalk, instructions should be in the text of the project. Some of them also have a video that you can watch. The Hometalk projects are created by other members so if you have a question, you can ask the creator on the project page. Some creators also have more instructions on their blog page. You'll find a button for a link to that at the bottom of their project page. Look for the blue button at the end of their post, before the questions and comments, that has the word GO. To the left of that button, you'll see the bloggers circle picture and the words "Want more details about this and other DIY projects? Check out my blog post!". I hope that helps you.
