How do I down size my mementos?

How should I down load a lot of my nick knacks? Most are mementos and I am not ready to get rid of them right now.

You could pack some away and rotate them. That would give you the opportunity to enjoy a rediscovery in the rotation.
Take photos and put on your computer. Let half of them go. Find joy in giving some to friends that might enjoy them. Donate some. You will have the memory in a picture without the clutter.
I'm with Kathy, as soon as I read your question, I thought the same thing.
I will always keep notes my late mother wrote and notes and cards my children gave me when they were younger. I'm finding that other mementoes are easier to let go over time. Sometimes you just have to give yourself the time to let go of things.
