I would power wash it. Then I would apply a great product I use, called Wet it and Forget it.
You could try a power washer. Try it on a small area first to make sure the finish doesn't come off.
Hello, Power washing with appropriate solution ( several choices out there house deck concrete driveway) helps our situation. We have a waterfront exposure theres high humidity and droplets on our siding, decks and rails each morning prominently visible during the summer months.
I think Ive used them all without a particulair preference for my mold mildew and dirt removal.
Sometimes scanning the label can influence my choice.
