They seem ti be coming to house.from barge yard of thick try theycilmg up to the gable end and into vent husband covered with screen. There are water snakes,garter snakes and only two copperheads. If there are two will there be more?

I would guess there would be more, but definitely reach out to a local exterminating service or even a wildlife officer.
I've always used my dad's idea of moth balls,and it's worked for me. Just throw a couple of handfuls around your house and yard. It took 3 boxes for me. I hope it helps you...

I have a six foot black snake in the yard, and I wouldn't chase him out for the world--big snakes eat little snakes, and my black snake makes sure I have no rattlesnakes anywhere near the house!
