I have a screened in outdoor living space. Is there a product that I can use to cover the screens to keep the pollen off the porch.

You could try hanging a plastic cover like the ones painters use. They are pretty good sized.

yes, the pollen is awful-give it two or three weeks and it will all be gone-then hose off the whole thing and you will love your screened porch again-I would not trade mine for anything-pollen and all

Robin: I actually use my vacuum cleaner (and empty NOT in house!) ...and simply Windex on the hard surfaces.

Nan W that sounds like sound advice. I have only used our front enclosed porch wide sliding doors because right before a shin dig I clean it up for us gals to use after our meal. Relaxing there feels so nice. Other than that it is collecting dust and hard for me to maintain. Back yard porch is not enclosed and therefore we have only set up things there for shin digs but never to sit down and enjoy. Usually too warm but just too much to clean and never stays clean from dust or pollen. Breaks my heart that we cannot expand our living spaces because of it. Would love to leave the couch in the livingroom for the front or the back porch. I would like to put a portable ac for the front room and use it more to look out into our front yard and block.

  • I just wait for pollen season to be over and wipe down the screen.
