How do I create an interesting hat rack?

I live in a small house and need a wall hat rack. If anyone has some unique DIY ideas, I would appreciate it.

You could hang command hooks in a pattern like smiley face or heart.
Use an old piece of wood and add metal hooks, we have 4 old farm hooks that will hold a hat or a coat.
