How do I use correct the command hook?

I checked them out and the second might work weight wise, depending on how heavy the curtains are and if they don't use rings, but I doubt that they are wide enough to hold a 1" rod. I would think the rods would slip off when opening or closing the curtains.

Can add finials on the ends so they won't shift or fall. Space them so the rods won't slip off.

I know that, but the inside depth and width of the hook itself doesn't look big enough for a rod that's 1 inch thick.

You are so right. I ended up buying a jumbo command hook and will paint it. Will let you know how this works. Rob

I tried the jumbo hook . Even though the total weight of curtains less than 5lbs the rod fell ( I purchased 7.5 lb hook ) rob
