Hi Silvia. Use a cotton ball to dab rubbing alcohol on the ink stain. Work in circles but don't rub. If you get ink on the cotton ball change it to a clean one.
Try cheap hairspray! Only the cheap kind works !
What is the fabric content of the sweater?
Hi ! If you have nothing to lose , try folex carpet cleaner . I know this sounds weird but after finding this at home depot for about $6 , for my old carpet , I tried it on a grape juice stain on a light tan cushion , it worked great . This stuff gets out all stains ! Ink , wine , dust ... worked So well that I started keeping some in a spray bottle in the laundry room ! Good luck !
