How can I use this cart/trolly/wagon?

My kids would have a great time on this! It looks like a tractor seat on wheels.

Flowers in the seat & basket. Or flowers in the basket and a "kid" in the seat.

You are very lucky to find a tractor scoot they cost about $119. I need one to garden because my knees don't work so well, and I can't stand anymore.

its a gardeners seat, the seat swivels the basket is for hand tools used in the garden, very handy tool.

It's a garden chair cart made in China. I agree, kids would have a lot of fun with it.
