Spray with a kitchen safe degreaser like Fuller or GP66. After letting sit, scrub. I like the Scrub Daddy that Em suggested much better than the Mommy or you could use Mr. Clean Magic Eraser.
Go to the dollar store and buy oven cleaner. Spray it on a paper towel then rub the stain. Leave there a few minutes, and wipe off. Works like a charm.
