How to get paint off vinyl flooring?

scraping is not an option. Paint/primer has got on textured vinyl flooring.... don't want to damage the finish, and need to get right up to the baseboard.

Try scraping gently with an old plastic credit card.

Have you tried soaking the area with warm soapy water, should work on vinyl.

If latex paint use denatured alcohol. It dissolves latex. If oil based you'll have to pick at it.
