Hello does anyone know how to build a 7' x 4' storage shed?

Just need a simple nothing fancy or with nice windows, just needed for storage. Wood or plastic preferably.Any ideas would help.

check big box diy stores, there are suncast products that you can assemble your self or with a friend.

If you go with a kit, make sure you have someone to help you.
As for building something, you would construct just like building a room in a house. I would recommend 8' x 4' since it won't cost any more than 7' x 4' due to lumber sizes. You can google plans for shed or do something like this:
