Pressure wash or spray with a cleaning solution, scrub, and hose off. You can use this mop water recipe and scrub with a stiff broom.

    1 cup baking soda

    1 cup white cleaning vinegar

    1 Tbsp blue Dawn

2 gallons hot water (boil half)

Pour on the area, scrub, then spray off with hose.

Kathy....a pressure washer should work and we use Krud Kutter from Lowe's.

My dad used a pressure washer for this same reason. However, depending on what type of concrete you have you need to be careful. Poor man blasted the concrete texturing off in that area. My mom had to get a bigger pot to cover it. I used something ridiculous because I was desperate. My darn dog peed on my concrete and around my flower pots. Thus it left a nasty smelly stain. I used a fabulosa cleaning scented solution mixed with some dawn dish soap and a old scrubbing mop. It came up great and the fabulosa cleaning solution made it smell like lavendar. My dog is now one only pees on grass now thank goodness! Good luck and happy cleaning.

try some hydrogen peroxide; or mix dawn dish soap baking soda into paste scrub with stiff brush add vinegar fizzing scrub again let sit on stains, rinse with hot water; or bleach just dilute which ever you use with lots of water when rinsing because they will damage plants around concrete. use liners/saucers to prevent it
