Check thrift stores for an old cabinet, desk, or dresser; clean it up, paint with exterior paint, add a counter/bar top.
Cathy....You can use a bookshelf and put doors on it, however, if it is out in the weather would need to keep it covered
I co-sign the thrifting comments. If you don't have that many tools you can revamp a dresser drawer.
