I’m on well water. What is the best, most effective way to remove mineral/calcium(?) buildup on the edges/lips of my bathroom sink spigots?

SUSAN; I usually use a rag, soaked in Lime Away... wrap around spigot. ...it may take a couple of applications to pick it all off.

Good answer! And for the water sprout I pour some lime away in a sandwich bag and use a rubber band to hold the sandwich bag with lime away around the faucet. About 4/6 hours. Works great!

I do the same as above - with the bag - but I just use vinegar to dissolve the minerals. :)

Hold a small bowl full of CLR so the tap is submerged for a few minutes. It may take more than one treatment depending how bad the buildup is.

Vinegar does work great. I soak a a double layer of paper towels in vinegar and press them around the faucets and leave overnight. the next morning a quick scrub and they are spotless.
