It must be glued to the wall with construction adhesive. That is almost impossible to remove even with a paint scraper. People who are restoring old houses usually just break and tear down those mirrors. Just perhaps you can pry the mirror down without breaking it. Best wishes!
Be sure to wear protective clothing, gloves and eyewear. I would lay a drop cloth on the floor and cabinets. You are probably going to have to break it during removal. Either start trying to pry it off, or carefully break it and then pull off the pieces.
No matter what method it is hung by there is a chance it will break. Cover the mirror with any Contactpaper. (adhesive vinyl). That way if it should shatter the shards are kept in place.
