Very difficult, always streaks. Usually just have to repaint. Always recommend painting with satin so it can be washed.

Definitely cannot rub them need to blot clean them. Warm water and a soft sponge – Try cleaning without any sort of detergent involved first. Water is the universal solvent, so give it a chance to work its magic all by itself. Then try
Light, diluted cleaner – If plain water doesn’t do the trick, add just a little bit of detergent and create a light solution.
Try blot cleaning them with alcohol and water. If that doesn't work you'll need to repaint.
