Have you tried insecticidal soap?
Not Lice...Spiders mites,Aphids in spray bottle mix Dawn dish soap and water spray plant everywhere/completely/underleaves. I use 1 cup of Dawn in 2 gallon sprayer with water-don't spray them in hot sun do it in evening when sun is going down repeat in 5-7 days to make sure you got them all or after rain---- fill sprayer with water first then add the soap so it doesn't get so foamy & you cannot get top back on sprayer.
