Basically I clean out the kuerig cups and re-use them with coffee that I fill in it. I just have these caps on hand to put on top for re-use. It works great and gives a better cup of coffee than the re-usable kuerig cup that you can buy at Walmart. But because the filter inside is also being re-used, you can only do this for so long with one kuerig cup.
