Lemon Eucalyptus Essential Oil is great for mosquitos.
The weeds are easy, Cleaning strength vinegar, or full strength 3% hydrogen peroxide. For flies, I use traps (Rescue Brand disposable). You can make your own fly traps, search online for directions. Mosquitoes, I have no idea, but geraniol or citronella oil helps repel them. I put it in an unglazed ceramic pot I got at the "organic grocery store" made for that purpose. Do not leave any stagnant water around the yard, not even a bottle cap full.
