Can you re-thread fake rattan patio furniture?

How do I re-thread my fake rattan patio furniture? It's plastic and some of the weave has broken, and my puppy chewed one side off so the pillows don't stay on it. Should I throw it away? New is so expensive.

Without seeing how bad it is, You might try hot melt glue on the back side. It may not work, because the plastic rattan is not porous.

I would consider an exterior grade "construction adhesive" in a caulk tube format. It will likely be tan or light brown and you'll have to read if it's paintable.

Hi Martha. Unfortunately I had something similar happy and we could not figure out a way to fix it with it looking good. If you're is plastic as well it is really hard to even find anything that you can use to replace the broken pieces and reweave it. I'd love to hear it you figure out a way to fix it of it someone has a great idea.

I think you can buy the plastic wicker on Amazon. Then watch you tube videos on how to wicker.
