How to make a bird and cat friendly space?

My friend and I have 3 birds and a cat. We would love to make a room for these little guys to call their own. We have their cages in the living room and perches in the screen room which is taking up room. My cat’s rvertical house is their too. Any suggestions?

How about a catio? Give birds their time and then give the kitty his or her time.
Aviary. Buy and install a garden window or box bay window. Tile the floor in it and around the area.
