i bought some small windmills and I place them around my porch or wherever your moles are at, the vibration drives them crazy and they leave at least mine did. I have a dog so this is a safer alternative instead of poison. Good luck!

Get a rescue cat from the nearest animal shelter...make sure it’s spayed or neutered tho !
Again, pour pinesol down the hole and cover!!!!!
Kill off their food source (grubs) with a grub killer and they will move on.
