I want to use any used box and place a plastic or cellophane for see through view.

Sounds like you got a plan. Cut a hole for viewing and tape clear plastic over the hole.

Yep it sounds like you already have an idea. Just cut out a window, and adhere the plastic over the hole.
BE CAREFUL! Using just any old box means it won't be archival or acid free, and the result may be damage to the clothing the doll is wearing. Ever stored clothing in "just any" cardboard box, and found them irreversibly stained and yellowed when you took them out?
