I need to redo my flower bed but I want something colorful and very lower maintainence. With textures and size.

  • Perennials are your best bet for low-maintenance, Denice. Hollyhocks are tall and good for the background, then you can add in some lavender, cone flowers, and daisies in front of them. Check with your local nursery for the best plants for your area.

Denise: I am big fan of caladiums! ...color and no upkeep!

Visit your local nursery to get more information for your area and project. They are all having sales now so good deals are going on. You'll get inspired , plus free help.

I would pick annuals from your local nursery.
