How to revive my azalea bush?

Last year I spray diatomaceous earth on it, and it never flowered again. The buds from last year are still there, frozen in time.

that changed the Ph ! It needs acidic soil and lots of mulch.

If you have access to coffee grounds, start sprinkling them around the bush. You will be amazed at what it will do for it. Also, pine straw around the base is more acidic than mulch. You can also purchase a feed that is specific for acid loving plants. My husband used to care for mine and they were withering, hardly any blooms. I took over last year with these 3 simple changes and they have doubled in size as well as gorgeous blooms.
