Get a hand held Bissell cleaner to have around the house for little spot cleanups like this. I'm telling you, its worth it because you can also use it for upholstery. When you need to spot clean, you spray the cleaner mix on, lightly scrub and suck it all up into the machine.

its probably wicked into the pad.

I would saturate it with hydrogen peroxide and let it sit. A day later, step on folded up old towels over the spot to pull it out of the pad.

If that makes an improvement, but not perfect, then buy Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide, wear gloves, dilute it to 7% with distilled water and soak it again.

It is caustic, that’s why the gloves. Don’t step on the old towels with bare feet either, 💁‍♀️It takes out red wine!
