Hot water and Dawn. Dry quickly.
Try Murphys Oil Soap. Available in most stores.
TSP or Krud Kutter. Murphy's Oil Soap is good for general cleaning.
Make a paste of baking soda & hydrogen peroxide, scrub with child's toothbrush. If you purchase a degreaser make sure it is safe for wood and the kitchen. My recommendation is GP66 or Fuller.
